Job description

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of Enterprise Planning Tool (EPT). EPT is a bespoke tool conceptualized within Scoot to facilitate efficient bills processing and payment flows, forecasting and budgeting tool, as well as being the database support for route profitability reporting and real time financial close. 

You are required to work closely with all department within the organisation, project consultants, external vendors (especially airports, fuel suppliers, and ground handlers) to:

  1. familiar with concepts and nuances of project implementation
  2. communicate goals, manage timelines, and drive the progress of the project so that achievement of critical milestones are on track
  3. have natural flair in communication and convening dialogues to discuss and troubleshoot issues
  4. Experience in project management, solution design, hands-on service configuration, training, and end-user testing/validation support would be critical for this role.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Support the FP&A Manager in the implementation of EPT, new processes and systems for planning, budgeting and forecasting and functional design of the future planning tool
  • Preparation of cost-benefit analysis and understand the workflows, identify gaps for improvement
  • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
  • Build up the internal processes, ensure processes and changes are mapped, managed and implemented.
  • Communicate with project consultants on technical requirements and solutions
  • Acceptance testing with end users and ensure issues are being documented and addressed
  • Conduct training with appropriate user department
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide timely status updates
  • Ensure milestones and timelines are closely tracked and met
  • Develop policies on system maintenance and processes post implementation



  • Degree with Accounting
  • Previous Project Management experience with a significant track record working on Finance Transformation projects / programmes
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience in Financial Enterprise Reporting System implementation is an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing financial applications
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and time management is essential
