Sales Manager for Southern China market. Support, develop and maintain the overall sales strategy for assigned sales territories. 

Sales, Marketing and Business Development

  • Develop and constantly review the overall Sales Strategy to strengthen the airline’s position in the Province;
  • Ensure that revenue targets are met and costs of sales are monitored to optimise profit by channel;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships within the Corporate, Agent and travel industry arena;
  • Establish and formulate agencies/corporates deal structure and incentives schemes to drive sales;
  • Collaborate with travel agents (offline and online) to develop, manage and increase distribution and sales channels;
  • Prepare sales presentations and conduct agent seminars and events to increase awareness, and perform sales call to generate sales;
  • Monitor, report and analyse all sales performances by location and distribution channel and propose and execute sales action plans;
  • Provide market insights, competitors analysis, recommend and execute next course of action for sales;
  • Support network development by conducting market studies and providing market insights to Head Office;
  • Work with Head Office to facilitate and resolve agents’ queries, booking issues and operational needs;
  • Strategise, propose and support marketing plans, to increase brand awareness in the market;
  • Identify, evaluate and recommend partnership opportunities and promotions with the trade, that are suitable in respective markets;
  • Collaborate well with other Commercial departments in the company to achieve the company’s strategic and commercial objectives;


Any other duties or projects as assigned by General Manager, China, Deputy General Manager, China, and State Manager, Southern China.
