Compensation and Benefits Analytics

  • Translate business needs into appropriate analytical questions
  • Collect data (both qualitative and quantitative) from different sources and connect them to uncover interesting findings and support actionable solutions
  • Communicate results effectively for impact and provide follow-up insights in a timely manner
  • Design manpower dashboards meaningful for management review

 

Compensation & Benefits Policy Implementation

  • Coordinate the submission of data for C&B surveys conducted by survey consulting companies
  • Support the annual performance calibration and compensation planning cycles
  • Provide salary recommendations for new hires, considering internal equity & market competitiveness
  • Ensure C&B policies are documented clearly in communication toolkits
  • Providing continuous support to secondees based out of Singapore, in terms of mobility packages

 

Industrial Relations

  • Attend union meetings and record minutes of meeting. Ensure timely dissemination of minutes to all relevant parties for confirmation of discussion items
  • Analyse data and prepare preso decks for union negotiation
  • Follow up on actionable items and provide updates during union meetings

 

Requirements

  • Integrity and professionalism in dealing with confidential information
  • Strong commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Comfortable with analysing large data sets. Great excel skills.
  • Proactive self-starter, resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Great interpersonal skills with ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees
  • Degree (preferable but not essential)
