The role of Assistant Manager, Revenue Technology is responsible for the development and implementation of revenue management related science, technology and supporting systems.

Revenue Technology & Projects

  • Drive application of pricing and revenue management strategy, best practices and techniques
  • Spearhead and coordinate enhancements to the various Revenue Management systems and processes to better streamline workflows within the RM team as well as across other business units related to RM.
  • Identify and work with user community and vendor on enhancements to the revenue management system
  • Provide systems support for the various revenue management systems interface
  • Manage internal pricing structure and conventions, and new areas of GDS / ATPCO fare filing, including maintenance of centralised documentation
  • Coordinate and produce weekly and monthly revenue forecasts, and annual revenue budget and sales targets in collaboration with RM team

  • Able to self-learn through reading of documentation and testing
  • A keen interest to understand how systems work and design system logic based on user requirements and revenue optimization
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with commercial acumen
  • Fluent written, spoken and reading capability in English
  • High level of accuracy and detail
  • Strategic outlook and understanding
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in working with people at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain the overview and see the bigger picture
  • A matured team player who is able to interact with other departments
  • Proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions
  • Strong Excel skills a must
  • SQL proficiency a plus
  • Able to take responsibility and make decision
  • Knowledge of ATPCO/Navitaire Skyfare will be a strong advantage
