Main Responsibilities 

Crew Hotels & Transportation Management
• Ensure ad hoc additional hotel accommodation and transport to hotel is arranged.
• Ensure crew transport for training is arranged if applicable.


Operations Management
• Ensure AOCR Compliance at operation stage of training roster including rest rules, off-days, crew ranks and crew experience.
• Irregular Ops coordination between Scoot operational departments
• Manage affected crew roster changes whenever there are disruptions to training
• Manage requests on flight, Off days, Ground Duty, etc at operation stage
• Ensure crews' contact details are updated as operational requirements
• Ensure relevant resources (e.g. simulator, classroom, instructor, etc) required forvarious training are planned and secured
• Handle other training related administrative matters
• Upkeep of crew's training records


Ops Performance Management
• Monitor crew training progress and reporting to Manager to review
• Manage and ensure crew's qualifications and license validity are updated
• Issuance of crew's qualification certification (E.g. SEP, AWO/LVO)
• Support audit process when necessary


• Monitor validity of crew's training and plan monthly training roster
• Coordinate with service provider (e.g. Boeing, STC, etc) and instructors to ensure necessary training can be completed
• Ensure crew's training are planned in accordance to company policy and AOCR
• Ensure all the training related costs/invoices are processed or accrued
• Ensure crews entitled for variable notional are being paid accurately as per company policy
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Manage all crew's uniform related matters.


• Bachelor Degree in any disciplines. Diploma holders in aviation related disciplines with relevant years of work experience in similar capacities will also be considered
• Min. 2 – 3 years of relevant experience, background in airlines business is advantage
• Able to work in a pressured environment with tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimum supervision
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn and operate complex aviation scheduling software
• Excellent communication skills and experience in working with people at all levels
