Main Responsibilities

Crew Communications & Engagement

  • Help to co-ordinate and conduct Preparatory Training for Foreign Scootees.
  • Co-ordinate and assist with preparation and publication of all relevant Comms materials.
  • Supports the management and administration of crew communications through various media & channels, including maintenance of Crew Comms Portal and all engagement platforms.
  • Assists with co-ordinating and conducting communications and engagement sessions.
  • Assists in managing all new company driven comms and engagement initiatives (e.g. digitalisation) for cabin crew.
  • Assist in creating relevant user guides.
  • Provide general admin assistance and support for the Training Manager and Team.
  • Assists with Crew Welfare Matters & related activities.
  • Assists with compilation of Crew Grievance & Resolution.

Crew Supplies

  • Uniform Services – Manage uniform procurement, inventory, storage, issuance, returns and disposal.
  • Assist in implementing new company driven initiatives for crew supplies.
  • Manage inventory and issuance of Crew Baggage and all relevant Crew Stationary & Forms.


  • Supports Training.
  • Assists with recruitment and training coordination to ensure adequate number of crew are recruited and trained to meet operational requirements.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Essential traits

  • Diploma holder
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and systems advantageous
  • Publishing experience advantageous

  • Excellent written, oral communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines on several projects
  • Highly organised, responsible and resourceful
  • Good team player with positive working attitude
  • Driven, proactive and able to work independently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
