Reporting to the Manager, you will be involved in mainly in the sales & collection portion of the revenue accounting and project implementation for the airlines.

You are required to liaise with internal commercial department, ground handling agents, airport authorities, various interline partners, and various payment modes providers.


Revenue Accounting 

  • Daily and monthly invoicing and receipting functions;
  • Sales and collection reconciliation for sales channels. This includes website sales, ancillary revenue collections, travel agents, and airport over-counter sales.;
  • Interlines billings and verification;
  • Manual voucher issuance and tracking;
  • Preparing of audit schedules;
  • Performing of month-end closing activities for revenue accounting;
  • Monitoring and ensuring assigned revenue accounting suspense accounts are accurate;
  • Liaising and supporting of external and internal audit requirements;
  • Assist in airport tax filings and/or agency account top-up if required.
  • Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the management.


  • Participate in implementation of revenue accounting system and proration system project
  • Participate in system implementation to improve on existing work processes, as well as initiate recommendations to improve internal control
  • Identifying key processes to improve on to improve efficiency


Essential traits 

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently and meet regular tight deadlines.
  • Dynamic and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Team oriented, and capability to work in a collaborative manner with both internal departments as well as external service providers.
  • Meticulous.
