Main Responsibilities

  • To ensure that our service partners are familiar with the Scoot product and policies and are updated of such changes via our continuous training efforts.
  • To maximise resources for efficiency and productivity.
  • To build relationships with service partners, agencies and potential partners for the growth of our operational needs.
  • To upkeep the Ground Services Training Material & business continuity in line with the growth of the company.
  • To explore opportunities for improvement in service delivery and to improve the service delivery of our business model.


Ground Services Support

  • New Station Pre-Ops & Start-Up Follow-Through as assigned


Airport Product Development

  • Manage the Scoot identity across consumer touch points in the airport environment
  • Ensure that the brand guidelines are in compliance
  • Management of projects and ensure goals are achieved in a timely and effective manner
  • Determine the opportunity or need for change to the customer proposition from a brand perspective by assessing new ideas, market trends, consumer needs, passenger and staff feedback in the airport environment.  This will include the identification of sources of future competitive advantage, the definition of appropriate product life cycles and the classification of key customer segments from a value based perspective in the airport environment


Station, GHA & Airport Authorities Management

  • Manage audit schedule and ensure compliance to the requirements of the carrier and authorities.
  • Compile and maintain line stations record and contact details
  • Any other duties as assigned



Essential Skills

  • Degree from a recognised university
  • A successful track record in an operational role with good knowledge of the airline industry. Preferably with at least 2-4 years relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of airport ground operations would be an added advantage
  • Experience in client management and proposal management would be an advantage
  • Fluent written, spoken and reading capability in English and another language.
  • Able to travel for work at short notice
