Job Description

This role will lead and support Scoot’s design and campaign requirements across the organization. You will develop global marketing campaigns while managing a small and tight knit creative team. You will be a creative thinker and idea creator who has experience with through-the-line campaigns with a strong focus on digital and social media platforms.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Work closely with marketing and social media team across briefs, brainstorming, workflow, and delivery to deadline
  • Create campaign solutions in a fast-paced, high energy, deadline driven environment
  • Liaise with other departments and key stakeholders to deliver design work
  • Lead the creative team to develop effective creative campaigns and produce design work
  • Manage design team resources, operations and oversee creative standards for in-house work.
  • Produce design artworks for digital, print, out-of-home
  • Stay on top of design, digital and video trends and maintain best practices

 

Essential skills

  • 5-7 years of creative/digital experience
  • Art-based (not copy-based, although strong language/copywriting ability is useful)
  • Able to ideate and conceptualize
  • Able to contribute for through-the-line social rollout
  • Strong designer and creative thinker, have an understanding of customer journey and brand experience.
  • Knowledge of digital production/video editing and digital assets development.
  • Some experience in managing teams/studio/operations will be useful
  • Proficient in Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign
  • Some knowledge in print production, digital assets development and After Effects and HTML
