Main Responsibilities

Manage Scoot’s social media channels and deliver reports through social media listening and analytics. Support and implementation of Scoot’s Brand Marketing campaigns across all markets. This includes supporting branding campaigns that include but are not limited to Scoot’s CRM platform, Employer Branding and Product branding.

Social Media Listening, Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyse data and report performance of campaigns and initiatives to extend current strategies, identifying growth opportunities and action plans.
  • Work closely with Social Media Managers, Marketing Managers and media agencies to develop and implement effective social advertising plans.
  • Design, build and administer single and multi-variant A/B testing social advertising campaigns to optimize performance of Scoot’s social advertising activities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly updates to the team on social platform performance and optimization recommendations for each market or platform.


  • Work with Brand Manager and agency partners to develop and execute brand campaigns  

CRM, EVP, Others

  • Assist in communication strategy and execution of CRM Programme
  • Work closely with Human Resources, Ground Ops, Ancillaries and other functions of the business to develop and execute various communication campaigns.

Social media content management

  • Support Commercial and Brand campaigns with ideation and execution of social media roll-outs.
  • Content creation and posting on Scoot’s social media platforms.

Budget & resourcing

  • Manage all necessary resources including own sub-section of departmental cost budget, specific project budgets assigned as well as 3rd party vendor and partner billings


Essential Skills

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of work experience in a Social Media Marketing role within a fast moving product/service/retail/e-commerce industry.
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree qualified in a digital marketing, advertising or multimedia related field
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Demonstrable experience working with social listening tools, social media marketing and social media advertising.
  • Has experience with using publishing and CRM tools such as Salesforce, social media platforms.
