Looking for an experienced marketing automation specialist to work across the Business teams to enable a 1:1 customer journey to improve customer engagement by providing relevant messaging at the right time through the right channel via marketing automation capabilities. This customer experience will deliver targeted messaging and campaigns, automated real-time journeys, and actionable data & insights to drive business and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the roadmap implementation for marketing automation.
  • Building the data sets alongside the other teams like IT, data management for the system.
  • Run A/B Tests and track and report performance such as deliverability, open rates and conversion rates across the online customer journey touch points.
  • Set up trigger based campaigns
  • Set up and send sequence emails
  • Create/modify targets, goals other business and campaign specific matrices
  • Keep an eye on databases, some knowledge of database is essential
  • Mapping out plan with the help of flowcharts


Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years’ experience with delivering multi-channel marketing automation capabilities (Web, Email, Mobile) for an organization.
  • Experience with multi stage journey focused campaign automation.
  • Experience with Salesforce marketing cloud or any similar platform.
  • Proficiency on how a marketing automation system works.
  • Experience with Analytics tools and/ or tag management best practices.
  • Proficient with data analysis and design
  • Experience with agile methodology or SCRUM.
  • Digital related product management or design experience with a focus on software products and technologies.
