Job Description

Develop & Implement Talent Acquisition Strategies

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners on workforce planning and talent acquisitions requirements from respective departments
  • Build up and maintain different recruitment channels for Company-wide positions
  • Assist in the review on usage of digital & social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
  • Oversee and manage full process of recruitment & life-cycles including sourcing, assessment, selection, offering to on-boarding through Applicant Tracking System
  • Assist to organize all recruitment-related activities including, career fairs, collaborations with schools, internship placement, Flight & Cabin Crew Assessment Centre both locally and overseas, etc
  • Review & manage outsourcing vendors for all talent acquisitions matters including regional headhunter/recruitment firms and aviation-related training schools, etc

Design & Implement Employer Branding Programmes and Assist in Employee Retention Strategies

  • Assist HR Team in carrying out Employer Branding Programmes Initiatives on timely and effective manners and constantly engage HR Team and Vendors to brainstorm new Employer Branding Initiatives
  • Involved in the design and managing of Applicant Tracking System, Company’s career related website & social media platforms including Facebook Career Page, LinkedIn Company Page, etc
  • Ensure highest level of Applicant’s Experience at all possible touch points with applicants of all levels
  • Assist in managing & coordinate outsourcing vendors for all Employer Branding matters including Creative agencies, etc
  • Review constantly with HR Business Partners on Employee Retention Strategies and support on Employee Retention Initiatives
  • Relates Employee Retention Initiatives to Talent Acquisition Strategies & Employer Branding Programmes, execute with support of Talent Acquisition Team
  • Manage on-boarding process and work closely with HR Shared Services for all on-boarding administrations

Build Talent Pipelining, Review & Manage Selection & Assessment Process 

  • Working closely with HR Business Partners and Head of HR on Company's Talent Management Initiatives
  • Involved in career developmental needs,  promotion and succession plan process implementation
  • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization including Scholarship Programme, Internal Transfer & Posting, Re-designation & Promotion  for all levels of employees, etc
  • Identify future talent needs and work closely with possible Schools to develop suitable recruiting programs for internship, scholarships and fresh entry positions
  • Working closely with HR Business Partners to review and enhance/implement all Selection & Assessment Tools and Processes on a periodical manners
  • Provide guidance and trainings to assessors and hiring managers on selection and assessments tools and processes
  • Ensure Selection and Assessment Processes are carried out fairly and effectively

Other duties

  • Develop and provide guidance to Talent Acquisition Team
  • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR Team with hiring and employment data.
  • Support in ad-hoc projects/events and any other administrative duties within the HR Team when necessary
  • Document workflow and work procedures for knowledge retention
  • Participate in implement process improvement projects to increase HR efficiency and effectiveness
Required Skills 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and coaching skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Able to lead a team in achieving team goals as well as develop team members
  • Strong customer-centricity; strong follow-up and multi-tasking skills
  • Resourceful ,People oriented, Self-motivated, Independent but work well in a group
  • Creative, Analytical and methodical in approach
  • Good in Spoken and Written English
  • Highly Computer and Social Media Savvy,  ability to use Microsoft Excel at intermediate level
Required Experience
  • Degree in Business with major in HRM or equivalent with 4 years of direct experience in HR or related field
  • Strong in the Employment Laws in Singapore
  • Previous In-house Recruiter experience strongly recommended
