 Reporting to the HR Manager, your key responsibilities include:

  • Build Talent Pipelining, Review & Manage Selection & Assessment Process
  • Design & Implement Employer Branding Programmes and Assist in Employee Retention Strategies


Build Talent Pipelining, Review & Manage Selection & Assessment Process

  • Part of Talent Acquisition Team and support for all categories employees (including Cabin Crew, Flight Crew and Corporate Staff) recruitment related that cover the span from the sourcing of candidates, shortlisting, assessments management, selection, contract offering to on-boarding.
  • Provide all necessary recruitment related administrative support to Senior Specialist & Assistant Manager for all categories of employees
  • Provide all necessary support to team for both Cabin & Flight Crew Assessment Centre including document preparation and data-entry requirements.
  • Constantly engaging candidates to provide candidates with good quality experience throughout the full recruitment process.
  • Manage on-boarding process and work closely with HR Shared Services for all on-boarding administrations
  • Accountable for managing of Internship Opportunities for the Company and work in fulfilling all Internship requirements of the Company.
  • Accountable for managing of junior positions hiring for the Company and work in fulfilling all Internship requirements of the Company.
  • Involve and participate in review and enhance/implement all Selection & Assessment Tools and Processes on a periodical manners
  • Ensure Selection and Assessment Processes are carried out fairly and effectively
  • Identify future talent needs and work closely with possible Schools to develop suitable recruiting programs for internship, scholarships and fresh entry positions
  • Review new sources and channels for all requirement requirements.


Design & Implement Employer Branding Programmes and Assist in Employee Retention Strategies

  • Taking lead from Manager, working closely with Employee Communication Team, HR Business Partners and Marketing Teamto participate in Company-wide Employer Branding Programmes best suited for Company  in maximizing Employee Value Proposition
  • Part of the Team to be involved in designing new Employer Branding Initiatives (social media related, job portals, etc) through brainstorming sessions.
  • Assigned with Employer Branding Initiatives and ensure timely and effective execution of initiatives.
  • Main administrator of Applicant Tracking System, Company's career related website & social media platforms including Facebook Career Page, LinkedIn Company Page, etc
  • Ensure highest level of Applicant's Experience at all possible touch points with applicants of all levels


Other duties

  • Support in ad-hoc projects/events and any other administrative duties within the HR Team when necessary
  • Document workflow and work procedures for knowledge retention
  • Participate in implement process improvement projects to increase HR efficiency and effectiveness

Relevant Experience

  • Degree in Business with major in HRM or equivalent with 1 years of direct experience in HR or related field
  • Fresh Graduate are strongly encouraged to apply
